The Pennsylvania Humanities Council brings together people and groups who believe passionately in the value of the humanities.
Championing the humanities means reminding citizens and policy makers across the Commonwealth of the essential place of the humanities in our society. It means developing programs that increase awareness of the humanities—putting them center stage in public life and shining a brilliant spotlight on them. And, it means advocating for funding.
