Jen works closely with grantees to provide technical support in all aspects of public engagement, program development and learning and evaluation.
Her work is rooted in the belief that the humanities inspire individuals to uncover and claim their own stories – and the stories of the communities in which they live – as a way to build understanding, foster resilience and inspire action. Since 2013, she’s been supporting the organizational and cultural shifts needed to make PHC a more collaborative and equitable funder and program partner.
Jen is a certified Level 2 Community Heart & Soul Coach and serves on the Out-of-School Time Roundtable for the Philanthropy Network.
Jen has an M.F.A in creative writing from Rosemont College and a certificate in organizational development and leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She lives in Philadelphia with her husband and her three nutty cats.
