Gwendolyn is a Personal Lines Underwriting Manager for the Erie Insurance Group. She has been involved for nearly three decades with the United Way of Erie County, where she currently serves as chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a member of three other committees: Community Building, Executive Compensation Review, and Governance. Gwendolyn is board chairperson of the Greater Erie Community Action Committee, an organization dedicated to helping break the cycle of poverty.

Gwendolyn was awarded a certificate for her work as an examiner with the Erie Team Quality Award Committee, a group that was dedicated to boosting the quality of the major industries in Erie. She is a leader in service to our community with 12 years as a member of the State Board of Dentistry and the North East Region of Dental Examiners (CDCA), which is responsible for dental licensure exams in 11 states.

Her honors include the Louis J. Tullio Community Service Award from the Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership and the Women Making History Award from the Mercy Center for Women. Gwendolyn also received Pennsylvania's Best SO Women in Business Award from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development in conjunction with the business journals of Pennsylvania. She is a certified Diversity and Inclusion facilitator for the Erie Insurance Group. Gwendolyn is a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church where she has served as church treasurer and trustee.
