Celeste is a member of the operations team and provides administrative support to the program staff.

Celeste has been with PHC for over ten years and continues to be inspired by the humanities
work. She has an extensive background in office organization and administration having had a
successful career as a law firm administrator. As a member of the operations team, Celeste is
responsible for accounts payable, contracts, and general administrative needs. For the
program team she provides grants and data management as well as general program support.

Born and raised in Bethlehem, PA, Celeste has been a Philadelphia resident for nearly 40 years.
